All Fees are in Canadian Dollars. Payment can be made by American Express, Master Card, Visa or check. Upon receipt of your registration online, we will send you a confirmation email along with a link to your receipt (invoice). All fees must be paid by June 16, 2010.

In case of cancellation received in writing before June 16, 2010, you will be entitled to reimbursement of fees, less administrative costs of $50. No refunds will be given for cancellations after June 16, 2010.

Ryerson community will be given promotion code for special discounts. Registration for OCAD Community remains at $435.00 before and after the early bird deadline.

Graduate students presenting from the following universities: Ryerson University, McMaster University, University of Waterloo, University of Victoria and Trent University will be also given promotion codes to waive registration and membership fees. These universities have contributed to a Graduate Students Fund to support graduate students presenting at the Conference.
